Hey! I’m Kathryn Hocking but you can call me Kath.

I’m a passionate, creative and soulful entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in branding online businesses and online courses. I’m a qualified coach, trainer and astrologist with an eye for feminine, beautiful branding.

Brand Strategy Consultation & Creative Brief

We come back together to discuss your brand strategy and I present an expanded mood board, colour palette and brand considerations.

Brand Identity Design

I go away away and design your initial brand identity and then present to you on a live call including a summary, brand board and mock-ups. We then work together to tweak and refine for final sign-off.

The brand identity design includes:

  • Custom designed logos - 2 main logo options plus a submark

  • Custom brand colour palette (6-10 colours)

  • Curated selection of fonts with a typography guide

  • Brand elements (6 patterns and/or illustrations)

  • Curated collection of Brand images that you can use straight away

  • I’ll often have ideas for taglines if you don’t yet have one

  • Brand Board

  • Brand Style Guide

  • Brand assets provided in png, jpg and ai or eps files

Strategy Sessions

After working with dozens of premium brand identity clients I’ve identified the key areas they need help to move to the next stage of launching (or relaunching) their business.

We undertake a series of strategy sessions to ensure that you are ready to create an amazing website including:

The website will also be flexible to allow you to add your own online shop or members area.

Website Handover

You’ll have the opportunity to review the website and advise any changes and then we’ll provide a website handover and training session so that you can make tweaks and maintain it yourself.

Launch Astrology Reading

We’ll advise your the most auspicious date and time to launch your new business and website within a time period advised by you.

What if I don’t like my branding & website?

I’ve developed and refined a high-touch, intimate process that ensures a deeply soul-aligned brand and website that is mapped to your unique astrology chart, brand archetypes and colour psychology. We move intentionally through the process with plenty of time for you to reflect and integrate on the decisions along the way.

The process I take you through ensures that I fully understand your soul blueprint, I collect detailed information about your business and your likes and dislikes and we discuss your brand inspirations.

My Brand Design does not happen in isolation - it is intrinsically linked to your essence and purpose and is co-created with you.

We have multiple touchpoints to ensure that I understand you and your desired brand and website.

If you are not happy with any element of your branding - be it colours, fonts, logo, or elements we can jump on a call to refine it.

I want you to feel absolutely overjoyed with your new brand identity and that’s my commitment to you. 

I only succeed if you adore your brand.

How long does the process take?

This is an extensive high-touch process that takes approximately 4 months from start to finish and may take slightly longer depending on how quickly you can prepare your brand photos and web copy. It is also dependent on how quickly you can provide feedback and how clear you are on your business vision and soul clients.

Now I know this seems like a long time but I know from my own experience that to do it right the process should take a minimum of 4 months and up to 6 months.

When we get started I’ll set a clear timeline in our Clickup project file to keep us both on track and accountable.

How do we get started?

You can fill in the getting started form below and then I’ll be in touch to schedule a time to chat.

Once your needs are clarified and you want to move forward I’ll send you an invoice, contract and indicate the schedule (dates and milestones).

Once payment is received I’ll send options for our kick-off call and my brand workbook to complete and you’ll send it back to me at least 3 days before our kick-off meeting.

What does it cost?

Whilst the inclusions are valued at over $8,000 USD - this package is priced at just $6997USD.

Please note that it may be slightly more if you have additional brand collateral or website requirements such as custom development needs.

You can pay in full or pay in installments over 2,3 or 4 months.

What if I have already undertaken some of the inclusions such as AstroBrand Signature or Astrology Reading?

No problems I’ll reduce your price accordingly!
